What We Provide

PARTY WALL NOTICES

A Party Wall Notice is a document which needs to be served on an adjoining owner if the proposed building work falls under the Party Wall Etc Act 1996. Once we receive your enquiry, we will prepare and serve the Party Wall Notices on your behalf.

Schedule of Condition

We offer Schedules of Condition, which are a detailed written record of the relevant parts of the neighbouring properties prior to works commencing. We aim to provide the report within 24 hours of the site inspection.

Party Wall Award

The Party Wall Agreement is a legal document prepared by the two appointed Surveyors or the Agreed Surveyor, legally protecting both owners.

NEIGHBOURLY MATTER ASSESSMENTS

An in-depth assessment for larger developments involving multiple adjoining properties, combining site inspection and desktop review.

We identify adjoining owners, assess notifiable works and excavation impacts, and advise on notices, awards, access and programme risks and providing a clear strategy to manage neighbourly matters from the outset.

ACCESS LICENSES

We advise on and prepare access licences where access to neighbouring land is required outside the scope of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

We assist in agreeing terms such as duration, protection measures and compensation, ensuring access is clearly documented and managed to avoid dispute.
